It might have been recommended that you get in contact with Pankhurst by a collection agency. It may be because you are having trouble paying a credit card bill, you are generally struggling with your monthly commitments or they know that you are thinking of releasing some equity in your property.
Whatever your financial situation the team of Financial Advisors here at Pankhurst will do their best to help find a solution that is right for you. If you are in arrears, have defaults or County Court Judgements it is likely that we will still be able to do something to help you.
Any conversation that you have with us is confidential and while we are working with you, the debt collection agency that referred you will not chase you for the money that you owe.
In the past we have helped people consolidate their debts by re-mortgaging, arranging a loan (either secured or unsecured), equity release or by helping you enter into an Individual Voluntary Arrangement. As we are independent we are not obliged to use a particular company so we will simply suggest the package that is right for you.
Debt Negotiation is another service that we offer. We liaise with your creditors on your behalf and come to a settlement figure. This can be as much as a 50% reduction. Whilst liaising with your creditors they will not attempt to contact you for money - we will take personal responsibility for your outstanding debts thus getting rid of unwanted phone calls at awkward times. This process does not affect your credit report and enables you to borrow money for other things or not borrow as much as you thought you would have to.
Whatever option we decide is best for you it should cut down your monthly commitments so that you are not paying more than you can manage.
